Got to the property and had to wait 2.5 hours to check into our room. We drove 10 hours and the last thing we expected was to be wait 2.5 hours to sit down in our room and relax. Second they have no toilet paper. Called 2 days back to back requesting for toilet paper because we are a family of 5 and clearly needed it. We were told they ran out which is unacceptable. The parking lot is terrible and does we had to park across the street every night and walk with our 3 young children across a busy street to get back to our room. Would not recommend find somewhere better

It’s the details for me. They said property I stayed in was updated, I’d hate to see when it wasn’t. The bed was so hard my hip hurt.

The renovation was not complete in the building I stayed. The drains in the bathtub was stopped up and when we took a shower the bathtub would fill up. The room was worn and old and the air conditioner was loud. I returned thinking the renovation of 25 million would have upgraded the rooms. I will not return.

You won’t regret staying here!!

My new favorite place. The wristbands to get into your room were amazing and so convenient!! All the pools, hot tubs and lazy river were so fun. I loved the extra outdoor games and the 2 places to eat. Karaoke on Tuesday we joined and music on deck was great to listen to from our balcony on Wednesday. Coffee on premises. We had a renovated room and we loved the kitchen and decor. We had issues with the remote but good size tv. Very close to beach. Big balcony space that had outdoor carpet. The bath was huge and the bed and pillows were so comfy. The comforter is light. Ask for extra blankets if you like a thicker comforter to sleep. They only do light housekeeping with towels and trash. Sometimes we missed getting towels restocked. When you see the housekeepers, stock up. You will need your wristband if you have to park in the garage across the street. Very clean. Loved the location.

Gave me a hassle with golf cart, would not let me park in the 15 minute park even though the company was coming to pick up within the next few minutes. The rooms were not clean, trash in corners. Linen had stains

For the price point, people from all walks of life are able to come together and have an excellent beach vacation. Nothing overly fancy. But, everything worked. All 23, i think, pools, slides and lazy rivers were all working and packed full of folks enjoying themselves. Tons of activities.

I went by myself for a 5 day relaxation after losing my spouse a year ago. I had a king oceanfront room, all the food you want is right there on the 3 building properties. Most of my shopping was right there.

Only complaint was a light keep going out in bathroom but we decided to stop calling cause it wasn’t that big of a deal and the pipes was loud when we took a shower but other than that good stay.
