The sofa bed smelled and needs to be replaced. The door could not be locked securely due to broken knob. The check in time was late (4pm) and check out was early (10am). Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

We were down for a funeral in off season. Late october. The building is really nice the suites are large but there was alot of scuffs and marks on wall wear and tear from the busy season. I didnt see any vleaning staff or much personal besides front desk on any floors. The property is nice pools are nice its a good spot. We encountered rudeness when wr arrived 1130 from staff when needing to unload and get a baggage cart. Noone would help i searched the floors then waited in unloafing area for a cart. The valet guy wouldnt give me his cart refused any help.

The room was wonderful! The balcony with ocean view was great! Loved the area so close to everything I wanted to do!! On fallback was the pull out couch was awful. The mattress was so thin you could not sleep on it! You could feel the springs! It should not be sold as an extra bed!!

The overall stay was not bad but the construction on the pier next to the hotel was distracting. The furniture in our room left a bit to be desired. The only lights in the bedroom were on the nightstand. You had to walk into the room in the dark to turn a light on.
