We were unhappy that we did not have Direct TV as advertised for our four-night stay. The Overseer knew there was no service a week before our arrival and did not let us know. He did not set up a repair appt during our stay. I am assuming the subsequent guest will experience the same. The password for the Wifi was not located as the directions stated on the frig. There was no "pass" as stated on frig for taking trash to a depot. Another renter had stated this in a previous review that I read while there. We ended up bringing our trash home (7 hrs). There had been (or currently) a roof leak in the roof above MBR bath. We did not have rain. It was evident there was leak damage based on ceiling. The house was "surface" clean but was in need of a deeper clean. The toaster was so dust-ridden we did not use. The rocker seat along rungs and wooden area had not been cleaned for a good while and the chair cushion also had debris. We did not use it. The headboards were dusty. The furniture was comfortable, and the house was fully appointed with all supplies needed. The layout of the house was nice. We did not find a vacuum to address some of the needs such as the rocking chair. The driveway and parking will not comfortably accommodate a 2nd car. It is a longer steep drive. We found we had to back down it or do a lot of three quarter turning to get one car out. It was tricky for a renter.
