I love this place, I truly do and I will go there again when it's warmer. With that said, it was 7°F outside when I had my most recent visit and their heating unit couldn't handle it. It was 50 degrees in the room

I called days before as snowstorm was coming. I was told to contact Expedia and was told I could not change the date. Then the day of our scheduled stay, a state of emergency is called because of snow in both my state and the inns state of Nj and was unable to drive because of the restrictions. I tried both the inn and expedia and they would still not let me change the date and just kept the money.

Nobody was able to spend the night there. The staff was rude and did not let the luggage carrier or secretary carry the items into the room. Anthony and everyone else was asked to leave the premises before he even unpacked simply because he needed help bringing the bags into the room. Anthony was charged a false deposit and $400 has been stolen. I was told I could not be refunded and if we did not leave the cops would be called. We were left stranded in an entire different state. The stay was absolutely horrible and I do not recommend this to anyone. I will be contacting a lawyer to file a lawsuit. Especially since the staff could not provide me with a supervisor/manager or property manager. We arrived and had to leave within less than 10 minutes. That’s concerning and upsetting this booking is a complete scam.
