The staff was courteous and friendly, the room was berry clean. My only complaint was the refrigerator in the room didnt work even after being replaced. This was was very inconvenient.

Rooms were excellent and clean. Staff were nice and very responsive. Unfortunately had a very bad time trying to take a hot shower because the water pressure was not consistent nor would it stay warm for longer than 15-30 seconds. At best the water was lukewarm but even that would run out after a couple minutes. It was very cold and snowing when I stayed at this Hyatt which made the conditions uncomfortable. Staff were aware and mentioned that any room they would relocate me to would have the same issues with the water.

We stayed Christmas Eve while visiting relatives for Chrstmas. The physical property & room was immaculate. Staff at check-in was professional and very amiable. We arrived rather tired and were happy to reach our room. The thermostat read "ERR". The temperature was set at 69 and would not accept any change. We got through the night and received another "surprise" in the morning. The shower hardly reached a warm temperature even allowing plenty of time to get through the pipes. We took an early checkout and when informing the front desk of the thermostat problem a note was made with room number notated. However the response on the lack of a hot shower was "We've been experiencing the problem for a few days now". No offense but that should have been alerted to guests at check-in. A relative was also staying on the same floor and experienced the water temp situation.

I stay at this hotel each year for my sons swim meets. This is about my 5th or 6th stay and I expected better from the staff. I was charged $10 for checking in early, but someone else I know also checked in early, and that fee was waived because she complained. Really? Then I asked for late check out, and I was very nastily told no. But my same friend that had fee waived, stayed until 1:00. She is not a Hyatt member, but mentioned how she would become one with good service. So when you have loyalty to Hyatt, you get nothing. I was very disappointed this time.

We stay here annually. Rooms are great and quiet. Free breakfast is wonderful. Staff is great. The elevators do have a petroleum-like smell in them, assuming it’s from the mechanics. Also wish they had EV chargers available especially for out of town guests.
