Hotel was very clean, cleaner than in much more expensive hotels. Beds very comfortable. Staff polite and kind. Breakfast was dismal, and swimming pool is unavailable long term, but price was best I've had in a while, so I will be staying here again.

Disappointing Stay — Dirty, Worn, and Unwelcoming

Poor cleanliness: Bathroom vent thick with visible dust, ceiling had cobweb-like debris above the bed. Damaged furnishings: All three lamp shades were torn, dented, or otherwise damaged. Neglected repairs: Walls patched but not painted, vinyl flooring installed poorly with gaps exposing subfloor. Sloppy remodel: Misaligned fixtures and finishes that looked unprofessional. Poor customer service: Woman at front desk was rude and acted inconvenienced during check-in and check-out.

Floor was being held together with duct tape. USB and HDMI ports were missing all over the room. WiFi wasn’t working. Pool was closed. Breakfast was a joke and I couldn’t even take it to my room. Furniture was missing cushions. Bed was so cheap. Tables and lamps were dinged and dented all to hell.

The front desk manager/woman, who checked me in at 7pm, is ROTTEN. Absolutely ZERO people skills or politeness. Room had NO hot water, the list goes on. STAY AWAY, or you’ll regret your choice. Wyndham….you may want to make a surprise visit to this location, it’s a dump.

I expect and I am used to getting much better at this price point. This is definitely a lower end property and I would not stay again. Con: People smoking nearby and smoke smell gets pulled into room by ac. Paint coming off the walls and ceiling. Front desk behind protective glass wall makes me question the area. Pro: Bed was comfortable and bedding clean. Water pressure in shower was good.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment - empty refrigerator, no fresh fruit, meager pickings. Hotel staff inhospitable, hotel doesnt answer phone reliably, i ask manager to call me to address directly, and manager never called. Likewise by text asking for manager.

This hotel is not at all how it seems online, it's very run down, dirty, smells of cigerette smoke, and has some dodgy thinks happening in and around the hotel. We booked 3 nights, stayed for 1 and requested a refund and checked out. The front desk staff were very kind and understanding.

I booked my stay back in May. When we arrived on Thursday we paid for our stay and asked if we would be able to pay for our stay on Saturday staff member said we could without a problem. When I arrived for check in on Saturday the staff at the front desk said that our stay was canceled due to not paying. When I informed her that I did pay and had proof she said that it didn’t matter because the room already was given away. I asked to show her my receipt and she continued saying that there was nothing to be done. After demanding a refund and to speak to someone high she was magically able to see my reservation. Never go an answer on what happened but I will not be coming back
