Nothing special about this hotel. Room was fine. Staff was great. Breakfast was very basic - bread, waffle maker, packets of plain oatmeal, and coffee.

You advertised this property to have a pool. I booked this property specifically for the pool and location to the Lincoln field. After driving NINE+ hours with my family, the receptionist tells me the pool has been closed for almost TWO years but Expedia never updated their posting. I am completely disappointed with the false advertising. The staff and owner were very apologetic but said it’s out of their hands. I would expect a full credit for this stay. Especially since I attempted to call 4 other places with a pool and they were all sold out for the weekend as it is a very big sporting event. Please provide full credit towards this stay and kindly remove the pool feature from your post for future reference. Thank you for your cooperation

The bed was comfortable. The bedsheets and towels were clean. I was told my room was non-smoking, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The chairback was so dirty I dared not sit in the chair. Some of the floorboards were duct-taped to hold them in place. The lampshade was in bad shape.

When entering the stair way for access to the my reserved room, there was a green plastic bag of a clear substance that lookedlike drugs. Housekeeping never came by to clean my room during my 2 day stay (I even requested houskeeping before getting my key). I got a suite and the couch was old, dingy, and dirty. The free breakfast is not worth the stay or pay. People live in this hotel. The pool was not available, out of commission, but this information was not provided during booking. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. Don't let the pictures on their website fool you.

Breakfast was horrible. No orange juice, no bagels, no eggs. Pool is permanently closed which was not disclosed on the website. There were bugs in my first room’s bathroom that I checked into. The room was big, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot.

The advertisement picture of the hotel did not indicate the rooms had exterior days. During checkin the employee used a sarcastic tone. Very disrespectful and demeaning. The room assigned reeked of smoke. The front desk employee’s disposition was worse when I asked for another room. She was assertive, hostile and argumentative. Finally assigned a new room right next door to the original room. It wasn’t smoke free but tolerable for one night.
