This hotel was a complete mess, first off all when I got my room my sheet had stains and then when I went to sleep at night the air conditioning was not working. I couldn’t sleep all night. The next day I talked to the front desk and they said that they took a look at it and fixed it. But it wasn’t fixed, it was still hot. And then I asked them to check again and they said that they looked at it and it looked fine. But again it was hot in there. I asked again, and then it took them 40 mins to send someone to the room, and the technician said that it is all fixed, and the person from the front desk also went to the room and said the temperature was good. When I went back to the room, the temperature was indeed cold, but what I realized was that they opened the window, and the ac was still not working. Now that seems like everything was fixed but the problem was it was 19 degrees outside, that is way way below freezing, it would be fine if they wanted me to freeze to death at night, or expected me to keep on opening and closing the window. I am really disappointed, especially being charged over a $1000 a night.

Amazing hotel except fatal flaw new bathroom design leaves open glass wall with two ten foot 2” open air between bedroom and bathroom. Don’t stay here with a partner. Period. You sleep in the bathroom. They must fix this crazy design

I want to comment on the Viceroy hotel in Snowmass. We were supposedly paying the price of a high-end hotel, as it promised ski-in/ski-out access. This amenity was our priority when choosing a hotel in this category, but it wasn't open. We asked the staff about it, and they told us it hadn't been open for some time. We wondered why this hadn't been communicated to us beforehand, especially since the hotel's website still advertised this service. Also, when waiting for the shuttle to pick up guests, it took 40 minutes, even though the cold was very intense. They didn't seem to consider that there were guests waiting, and they only offered one option for the service. It's even more complicated when you have children in those temperatures.
