Hotel was awesome.Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely horrendous. They had some disgusting yellow looking chicken sausage and fake egg omeletts covered in peppers. I guess they are trying to save money. Had to go to the local Bojangles.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds and nice smelling toiletry items. Breakfast was good and had a variety to choose from. Comfort and decor of lobby and dining areas was nice. Views were nice and proximity to Shelton Vineyards was a plus.

Car show trip

We booked our stay months in advance of our trip in May. I booked a king room, but when I checked in found out that I now had a double queen room. Was told room prices were the same. If I wanted a double queen I would've booked it. Was later told the hotel was completely booked and I couldn't change rooms. My wife and I can't sleep together in a queen bed, too small. We ended up sleeping in separate beds for the trip. Not happy.

Expedia I’m told actually cancelled our reservation and we weee not notified. So arrived in due time to check in to find out no rooms at this inn. We drove an additional 26 miles to another Hampton Inn to lodge. Unhappy with the incident and I’m asking for a refund please.

We have stayed here before when it was under construction. The renovations are outstanding. Our only issue was our reservation through Expedia did not relay that we have a dog so there was “approval” that had to be made while we waited.
