I was not able to take a shower because there was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I have more pressure out of my garden hose. When I called the front desk, I was told I could switch rooms because there was no one available from maintenance. I asked the person at the desk to check the water in the other room before switching rooms. They called me back and it was the same issue in the other room. I was then told to wait an hour because there were probably too many people taking showers. I waited two hours and got the same result. No hot water and no pressure. I didn’t bother calling the front desk because I wouldn’t have gotten any support. When I checked out the next morning, I informs the new person at the front desk and she did apologize, but offered no monetary compensation or any other form of compensation. There should be someone in staff to correct these issues no matter what time it is. My issue was not late. It was around 5:30pm. I stayed in a suit with a living room area with my kids. The furniture in the living room area (sofa and chair) were hard as a rock! I mean really hard. They were so uncomfortable. Unbelievable.
