Average. The bedding was clean and the room had the listed amenities. The bathtub needed to be caulked properly, when excess is used it leads to a hard to clean/unclean tub which was the case for our room. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and the sink had a leak. While it didn't stop us from swimming the pool was not heated which was very cold even with the heatwave that was occurring in the area. There was only water in a counter container by the front desk which was not cooled. The water in the fitness area was empty/not working the weekend we stayed. We had a queen with a pull out bed and they were out of pillows. While the queen had 4 pillows they were much smaller than an average pillow. Staff was polite, breakfast was good and they kept all food stocked, they also rotated food daily which we enjoyed. They also have a binder of restaurants at the front desk which we appreciated. Easy access location.

If you have pets and don’t care about smelling a very strong dog urine odor, then this is the place for you. The carpet in our room had wet stains and the smell was strong enough to make my eyes water. Our room was also missing the cable box and remote so we had no tv service. The hotel clerk was kind enough to give us a refund and she was the only good thing about the stay.

Hard pass. Go somewhere else

I started my stay realizing I had booked a wheel chair room so I was able to move rooms. My second room was filthy! Hair, garbage, chewed up candy, wrappers by the bed. So I was able to move to a 3rd room. It was better. Dark and quiet. The grounds need updated, the hot tub wasn't working but the breakfast was decent. Looked at getting a refund or partial and it was denied. Front desk service was good. Won't stay again.

It was ok. Air conditioning broken in lobby and hallways...very hot. Room air was ok, but had not been turned on prior to arrival. Blankets on bed were still winter weight. Refrigerator was tipid. Door to hallway not sealed properly. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes just to check in. Then received an additional cleaning charge after checkout for no reason at all. If it's been a minute since you've had crappy service at a hotel, you won't be disappointed here!

This property is pet-friendly, conveniently located and clean. Rooms have high speed, free wi-fi, free parking, microwave and fridge (almost a mini-kitchen). Hotel has a good breakfast that starts early in the morning (6 AM). Could use some updates, but overall very nice.

Ok stay.

This place is pretty old and probably has been updated, but not what we’re used to. The Hampton Inn a mile or so away is way better. Pool and hot didn’t work. Construction site right next to it. 6:15 in am, buscuits and gravy were cold. Breakfast started at 6am. Ripped curtains and wall was patched several times. Dirty toilet bowl was stained, needs to be replaced.

Very expensive for the status of this non-updated hotel. Sink would not drain in several of my family member's rooms. Tub looked dirty from being so old, although I feel they had cleaned it.
