Great location and space, slow service

The room was spacious and could easily be a good landing place for a family for a week. The staff were all friendly. They only ever had one person working at the front desk. While this is fine for non-peak times, it meant that checking in at 4pm took 30 minutes. They have bikes and beach wagons you can check out, but you do have to sign them out via a tablet which is behind the front desk, so doing that in the morning when others have questions, are extending stays, or also wanting to check them out means another 15-20 minutes of waiting at the front desk. The housekeeping consists of new towels and making the bed. I requested they sweep or vacuum in the middle of my stay because sand gets everywhere, naturally, and they hadn't done it any of the previous days. Great location, beach access across the main road and easy to get to local attractions and restaurants.

The service, location (proximity to the beach), and common areas, as well as the service were wonderful. The hotel room was okay, but it wasn’t great. For the most part it was clean, but could have been better. The price and the location of the hotel makes it worth the stay and in my opinion overshadows the not so great room.

We have stayed at this site before because we love the location. Most recent stay we found the room dirty: tub had hairs in it, bathroom floor had hair and sticky spots, platform mattress set on was very dirty and clean towels had multiple stains on them. Overall not our best experience there.

This is our second time staying at this property and honestly the location and the price simply can’t be beat! Not to mention the staff is always amazing going above and beyond to help guests out. I loved that they now have bikes and beach carts for guest to use.

It was a pretty good stay because the bed was comfortable, but it was not so good in the cleanliness. The corners of the room was full of dust and the floor, in general, was not clean. Also, the toilet seat was loose and the toilet paper holder was falling apart.
