Cute cabin, the owners were friendly, helped store our fish. The shower is a little small with the head kind of low (my husband is 6'1." It was warm in the cabin but they had a fan. We loved the little kitchenette. We had windows open-the road noise was more than we are used to.
A vacation cabin in mid of forest with every thing you need.

Great place for family of 5!
Our family of 5 stayed in the Papa Bear Cabin. We were very comfortable and it was nice that the 3 kids each had their own bed! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed, including the best blackout blinds of any place we stayed while in Alaska. The property managers were very friendly and helpful and we felt at home here. Just a few notes - there are stairs up to the loft of course, so if you’re traveling with very young children that is something to consider. The Papa Bear cabin is closest to the highway and some of the trucks that go past can be a little loud, but it didn’t bother us. There is a great restaurant just a minute away at the Trail Lake Lodge. We enjoyed dinner there one night but I don’t think they offer breakfast. There is a small grocery store nearby too, but I recommend getting most of your groceries in a bigger town before you arrive. From here you can easily get to Russian Rainbow Falls, Exit Glacier, and Seward…all under 30-40 minutes away.
Quiet and a beautiful location. Wifi was poor unfortunately. Beds are on the upper level and bathroom on the main so if stairs are an issue, it might not be the best bet. If you can split the cost, it is worth it
It was very peaceful and not too far away from Seward. The views were beautiful! It was clean and even had a fridge and microwave. The only somewhat negative comment I could make is that it smelled a little bit weird and our cabin was slightly crooked. But I would still love to stay here again.
This cabin had an amazing view! It was nice and cozy, fit all 4 of us nicely and the only downside was hearing traffic all night long as we were in the cabin closest to the road.
Cabin didn't have enough hot water for 3 people. 2 people showered really fast and the 3rd had cold water only. No stove to cook anything on not even a toaster. Just a microwave. No cable connection to watch the small TV. Cabin was little chilly at night. Cabin was very clean.

Hot water tank was small and barely enough for one shower. Other than that the cabin was comfortable.
Very cute little rustic cabin. We stayed here as a family as we headed to Seward, which was about 30 mins away. Has plenty of room for our family and upstairs was dark enough to get a good nights sleep with the midnight sun. At check in we appreciated that they called to confirm the restaurant across the way was still open, which was delicious. If arriving late, eat before or bring food. Moose Pass is small and limited but adorable. Would stay again

Place was awesome...only 1 issue was the lack of hot water. I was taking a shower when after 5 minutes the hot water went out. My son then took a shower a few hours later and then hot water shut off in about 1 minute. Appears the hot water tank is insufficient. Other than that the place is beautiful.
It was a nice stay and clean cabin. Janet the host was very friendly. Nothing much to do in Moose pass but Seward was just 30 mins away. I would definitely recommend this place.

It was great! Very comfortable bed. Best coffee of the whole trip. Nice folks too.
Cozy cabin in a private setting which was comfortable and rustic. Wifi was limited but it was otherwise perfectly suitable for a cabin in the woods. Out of the many accommodations we had in Alaska this was one of the more memorable at a reasonable price.
The cabins are very charming and rustic, yet equipped with all basic amenities. The beds were comfortable. The owner took all steps to make sure we were comfortable. While the heater wasn't working, she made sure to make arrangements for a temporary one quickly. Would recommend the place.
I enjoyed my quiet retreat at the true rustic cabin. It does not offer the amenities for meals and washing dishes, however, the simple life of paper plates and plastic utensils are perfect for a short stay.
Check in was fast and easy.
