Even though I did submit a notice that I was bringing 2 dogs. The front desk person was visually upset that I had dogs even though they are considered “pet friendly “. He explained that the room I booked was not a pet room. I even offered to take a less expensive room for the same price. He didn’t move us but went on to tell me how much Expedia gives him and that it hurts him money wise. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant.
