I was awaken out my sleep bitten by bed bugs went to let front desk know it was very unpleasant bitten on my arm and neck i felt i should have been compensated with a little money taken off my bill and was told i was compensated when they move me to another room thats very unfair will not ever stay there again and will definitely let friends and family know not to stay there

Wind Creek, the property was very filthy in the parking lots, fingerprints on all doors entering the hotel & all elevators doors/buttons. The staff was very rude & unprofessionally upon checkin/checkout. Evidently, if you are not a return visitor the staff attitude “who cares we will never see them again”. The casino lack of amenities, pool closed for the season! Really in Alabama? Very poor mgmt on all levels. It appears as if employee gatherings chit/chat are tolerated from the reservation desk, the cashiers, food staff & much more important than serving the guests. The food was terrible, we ordered from 2 different locations inside the hotel/casino, ended up throwing it out. Full of grease, pizza was so soggy, the Mexican dish the same. The room floors were dirty, full of dirt on floors especially under desk, and ight tables, stains on pillow roll on bed! Was so excited to visit this resort, however, so disappointed.

On the hotel itself check in was easy and simple which I can staff was very polite and did everything they needed the room was well stocked and maintained. The issue came with the door being thin that you heard everything going on in the hallway the walls were nice and thick but the door leading to the hallway was paper thin. In the casino itself the machines are maintained and nice bar service sucks order to drink on the machine sat for 30 minutes nobody brought me a drink went to the bar two ladies standing behind the bar on their phones waited 20 minutes tried to get their attention multiple times finally left without getting anything to drink and called it a night.

I loved EVERYTHING about this place!!!! It was pristine, every employee i encountered was extremely nice, friendly, and professional. The entire place was beautifully clean and my daughter LOVED how nice it smelled. The food in the restaurants we went to was DELICIOUS! The only thing I had a problem with was the creepy route to the casino - remjnded us too much of children of the corn. 😕 We will absolutely be coming back soon.

I love the customer service, the hospitality, the casino as well as the free drinks. The only thing I didnt like was the hot tub not working. We at stayed in a corner suite which was amazing with a jetted tub, luxury shower heads, and well decorated living spaces(kitchen table, living room and wrap around balcony looking over the pool).

Stayed a couple of nights in corner suite. Very nice! Would stay again. I did see a roach in my room, but I like the comfort of my room so much I killed it and moved on. Jacuzzi tub was super relaxing. Room service was good, quick and so was the ribeye steak meal. Refrigerator is super tiny, it couldn’t hold basic leftovers. Overall was a great stay!!
