This is a lovely hotel to stay in while visiting Montgomery or just passing through. Lovely entrance way, reception, quiet rooms and staff. A particular shout-out to Cheryl, who was so professional and kind at the same time and even volunteered to make us a dinner, even though the restaurant was closed. WOW! After 10 hours of driving, this kindness was so much appreciated. Thank-you!

Room was great new and clean. The heat didn’t work!! Didn’t realize until 2:20AM. Reported around 04:30 AM. Very cold even though thermostat said 75 degrees. Keys did not work requiring a return to front desk. No guidance on Free Wi Fi. On check in. On the 04:30 call to front desk front desk agent was confused and gave conflicting directions. I figured it out as a Hilton Honors member !! No paper or writing pen/pencil in room to get directions. Only ONE coffee cup for use with kerig type pot. Two guests man and spouse!! TV controller very confusing. Some directions would help. Only one elevator worked. Checkout agents very concerned and had me write out concerns and maintenance man went directly to room. Room 312.
