The room was very damp. Check in was slow even though I was the only one in there at the time. Breakfast is just ok. Yogurts would be a nice option. The room was dark and property is quiet. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Selected a late check out with the “pre check in” email and online process. When arriving at the desk to get the key, had to go thru the check in all over again. The front desk attendant said “the online check in doesn’t really work for us”, and also “we don’t do late check outs here”. Fortunately we were only there to sleep for 8 hours, then on our way.

There was insufficient signage for operating the television. Insufficient signage in the breakfast area indicating where to find things, ie, the butter. We were charged a $50 extra unauthorized fee without explanation which is supposed to be refunded but has not been at this time. The manager was responsive to our concerns about the tv, in fairness to her, but otherwise was quite aloof. A very poor value for the money even if we get the refund. This place looks nice on the outside but there was a stain on the bed cover and cigarette burns on the bathtub.

This was an awful experience and I am deleting my hotels.com account. I contacted the property to cancel my stay and they told me they had it handled. Then they proceeded to charge my card for the entire stay even tho I never stepped foot on the property. And are refusing to give me a refund!

This property was great in 2021 - the rooms were extra clean and it was reasonably priced. We returned to the property this past weekend and the room was dirty and had an awful smell when you opened the door. The check in person was friendly but the cleaning staff was rude, as if they hated their job. Overall I’d give it a 4 out of 10 just based on the accommodations of the room itself.
