Nightmare Experience.

Terrible, terrible all around. There were not too friendly looking men hanging around the parking lot. I couldn't even get out of the car! A nightmare experience!

i stay there several times a month with my business and always book ahead of time on expedia. today upon arrival was told they were booked up but i could get a single room instead of a room with 2 double beds for an 11 dollar upcharge. i asked why they would not honor the price i already booked and paid for and was told they couldn’t do that. they lost a customer that has been using them for years. they told me they did not care.

The frontdesk clerk on the morning staff of 5/22 was very rude and unfriendly. There were no towels or bath rags in the room or tub area. Will not stay again unless there is changes

This location is in need of a MAJOR UPDATE. Mr Pat was the best part of the stay. The room served its purpose so I could sleep but the rooms and grounds are in such need of updating. There was such a smell that not even Lysol air sanitizer could minimize it in the room.

Arrived and got checked in at the front desk. Lady was not overly friendly but not a big deal. I got to my room and immediately realized there were no towels. I walked back down to the office within 10 minutes of original check in and asked nicely for some towels. The woman behind the desk acted as if she were totally "put out" with me. She raised her voice and was extremely rude, telling me I'd have to wait because she was counting her money as it was the end of her shift. She acted like I had inconvenienced her SO badly. Won't be going back.

Disgusting!!!! I have NEVER been so disappointed in a place that it would prompt me to write to their corporate office but I’m going to. . Dirty walls, beds that look haphazardly made, holes in the wall, shower curtains with mold at the bottom, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth, bathroom floor looking like it hasn’t been mopped and when you need ice they give 1 tiny bag and have no problem telling you NO if you request a second. Please don’t think I’m exaggerating and to top it off they have a front desk staff that is rudder than ANYTHING I’ve ever experienced. Don’t spend your $$$ here.

Arrived and checked in was assigned to room that was already occupied by someone so finally got into a room noticed i had no towels or wash clothes went down was told they would bring them well I have know been down and asked 5 different times last reponse was they don’t have any I had to use a shirt to shower and dry off 2 lamps had no light bulbs in them and the one that did was painted over barley illuminates any at all just horrible service all around except for the desk lady who checked me in she was really nice

The staff was amazing! The main lady at the front desk truly helped me out. I just got out of the hospital with PE/blood clots and had been living out of my car (which is why I got the clots in the 1st place.) Everything else was not top percent and the building was old and dirty. I had 2 people who were hanging outside the rooms ask if i wanted drugs. It's def in a drug zone. It was better than my car, however, and if i had to and didn't have the money for anywhere else, I'd stay again. Love the staff though!!
