They made us take our own trash out from our room during our stay. Very few of them smiled. The shower floor was slimy.

The staff waa kind, the breakfast was very good for the price. Especially being Muslim, they were great and seperated the pork options from the eggs. The beds were comfortable. The property is a bit older but great for the price HOWEVER, Though we did have a do not disturb sign because we had only got a few hours sleep picking up our soldier from fort novosel, we had a 15 hour drive ahead of us and a pregant women, they knocked 2 hours before checkout even though we had the sign. I understand they have a job to to but the sign is there for a reason.

Great staff but things need updating

Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable, but other furniture was beat up and in desperate need of updating/replaced. Wall ac unit wasnt in the best condition either. Mini frig froze my drinks and there wasnt anyway of turning it down. Breakfast was subpar.

Have used this facility a couple times when traveling out of town and I’ve never had an issue. The staff are always friendly. The breakfast is always good and things are always in order in the room and on the property from what we can see.

We found German cockroaches on our last night in the nightstand drawer. Also saw them crawling in the bathroom. The staff at the front desk apologized and asked us to switch rooms but it was our last night and if there are roaches, they are pretty much everywhere. I’ve stayed in Fairfield’s in other cities and never had any issues.
