You get what you pay for

It was ok but unlike most places I’ve stayed breakfast where breakfast starts at 6am they didn’t start till 7am. When you stepped out into the hallway of our room it was boiling hot and there was a big fan in the hallway. The elevator took forever to go from one floor to the next The sheer curtain was shredded and the window seal was nasty. The air didn’t get very cold but was ok. Walls are paper thin. The complementary shampoo and conditioner in the show was empty that’s why I always bring my own.

Not as pictured.. pool needs a lot of work. Can hear everything, including the man in the next room over snoring all night. Staff was friendly. Rooms need to be updated and fixed up.

The room smelled awful. It was like a combination of BO and Old Bay seasoning. The toilet base was covered in caulk and surrounded by broken tiles. The door to the bathroom was like cardboard and didn’t close well. Breakfast was standard, not bad but not good. Fine if you’re looking for a cheaper stay and don’t mind the disrepair it’s in.

The room was perfect for what we needed. A clean room, pet friendly, hot water, and a clean bed. We only stayed for a few hours to rest on a long road trip, but it was exactly what we needed.

Wonderful Stay- Very Sweet Staff

We stopped for the night on our way to Baton Rouge to take a car ride break for our young kids. Wonderful breakfast- Staff was extremely attentive and so kind. They even opened the pool early for us since our daughter was so sad it was going to be closed until close to checkout time. I wish I could remember the ladies name who was so quick to tell my daughter they’d open the pool right away. Thank you thank you thank you!!

It was an okay experience. Clean & quiet area. Pool was smaller than expected but clean & open. Elevator had a hard time working. Bathroom floor tiles felt like they were going to crack every time we stepped on them.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly. The hotel needs some updating, the tv's are old, streaming was not an option, and some of the channels didn't work.The carpet holds scents, so it smelled weird. But overall, it was fine for the price paid.

I have stayed here many times. It is my halfway point traveling to the Carolina’s. Also an enjoyable stay. And this time I had left something in my room and they called me and held it until I was making my return trail. Very grateful for that!!
