The staff and check in process was the only positive. The room was very outdated and there was a used bar of soap in our shower. It also smelled like mold bad, and the AC barely worked.

Arun made our stay as comfortable as possible and went above and beyond. When we arrived our AC was not working he then put a brand new one in which took awhile to work so he moved us to another room. We also needed some laundry done and they do not have on property so he said no problem I will do your laundry in our machines. He was always willing to help and make your stay pleasant. I would stay here again.

The rooms in the inner square have the green space patio right outside the door. There was plenty of patio tables and chairs to use. It was a nice shaded area to relax in. Shade is hard to find in Moab. Very relaxing area to sit in. That was our favorite thing about the property.

We were travelling with young child, we arrived after 9pm and there was no hot water, though they were working towards resolving the issue. The next day I requested a partial refund (I paid over $200 for this outdated place) and the front desk person said I should have waited till 11pm!! Well, see, most children won't last till 11pm, especially after a day of hiking. Avoid this place.

The toilet would not flush. The sink extremely slow to drain. The ac unit went off and on frequently. The floor was extremely slanted so refrigerator would nit run properly and bathroom door blocked ac unit. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

I think I may have gotten bed bugs here. The sheets didn’t seem clean. The floor was not carpeted & it felt like staying in a seedy nursing home. We didn’t feel comfortable.
