The room was super clean, the staff was very helpful with any questions I asked, the continental breakfast had lots of options to choose from. And, it is in a great location for all Arches, Canyonlands and all things Moab.

The restaurant and bar are closed during the "off-season". The room is advertised as soundproof, but each morning there were very loud noises from the Maintanance team doing construction. I was going to call the front desk but the phone was inoperative. These issues should've clearly been advertised. I got over over charged too. Was advertised at $51.99 per night
