Overall we enjoyed Destin Florida. However the hotel Air conditioning was not working properly and we could not get our room temp below 75 degrees. Also the elevators, one was broken and the other you have to wait for it because the button isnt woeking to get it down to thw main floor. Also there were 2 dogs in the room next to ours that yelped all night and day. I mentioned all these things to the front deak and while yes they called the dog owner, but nothing else was done. Considering we paid almost 500 a night, i was expecring better service or a reduced rate. I would be open to visiting again if somethings were done and if i wasnt spending so much on the room.

The breakfast was wonderful. The beach access was convenient and beautiful. Chair and umbrella service a bit over priced but convenient. The room was nice. The evening complementary cocktails were a nice idea but pretty generic drinks. The pool and gym are tiny.

Family Time

The employees were all friendly and accommodating. When we arrived the Ac was out at 130pm. It came on later that evening. Great location to the beach 3min walk. Needs to have a better option on Food more fruit. besides oranges. Needs turkey bacon or plant based. Furniture is outdated and peeling. My grandkids enjoyed and so did I.
