O quarto era bem pequeno. Não tinha closet. A banheira estava entupida, mas eles fizeram o serviço rápido. A tv parava de funcionar todos os dias. E solicitei uma limpeza no quarto que não foi atendida. Minha qualificação para esse hotel é boa, não excelente como está nos reviews.

Showed up after 6 hours of driving to find out they cancelled my reservation without warning or notification a few days beforehand due to some mishap with the deposit charge, however thet never mentioned it beforehand and it w as a pay at property reservation, first issue ive ever had with that and I always book through Expedia

Worth a stay

We enjoyed our stay at the comfort inn. The property was nicely updated, and the rooms were very clean. We only were able to stay one day but it is a hotel that I would consider staying at for a longer term. All the folks that worked at the hotel were very friendly.

Property Refused refund

After arriving to the hotel, the lobby was disgusting and had the smell of mildew emanating from a specific room near the front desk. Got our room key and proceeded to our room. Elevator and hallways were also dirty, and you could tell they had not been vacuumed recently. Got to our room and found it in complete disarray. When I requested a refund so that we could take our business elsewhere, the front desk declined and cited their strict cancellation policy . Experience was terrible.

Very clean rooms. I like the security of the entrance to the elevators being at the front desk. The bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast was excellent and ready right on time. Ice machine, snack and drink vending machines located on each floor.

Breakfast review

The breakfast was not as good as some free breakfast hotels. There was only 1 kind of cereal choice (Cheerios). They did not have individual chocolate milk cartons or regular milk cartons.
