The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The fan in the room didn't work so they moved us without any issues. Unfortunately the pool/hot tub were closed. There wasn't notification on hotels.com about this so it was disappointing.

It was disappointing the pool and hot tub was out of order. It was the main reason we picked this property. There should be a notice posted on Expedia when amenities are not available as advertised. No discount was offered by the property for the inconvenience.

We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working still. It’s been a long time. I think if they don’t want a pool and hot tub anymore they should take it off the website. We paid more because we thought they had one. Breakfast is mid. No protein served. Not even a boiled egg. Very plain Jane. Clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable so no complaints there.

Desperately needs a renovation. And not talking about the ones they did with silicone and galons of paint. Haha. Not even worth what I paid it. The best thing to do would be to take a bulldozer to it.

We came to Minot for Hostfest so the hotel was close to the event and easy to get to. Breakfast was good and there was quite a bit of variety. Staff was very helpful!!

We were very disappointed in this location. Upon arrival we were informed the pool and hot tub were down for maintenance and were told “we should have known already.” I wouldn’t have booked if I had. They ran out of pancake mix on Friday morning. No one was around or at the desk to manage the breakfast area. Eventually another visitor tracked down a cleaning staff who searched for the desk clerk. She in turn threw a container of frozen pancakes on the top of the microwave and rudely told an elderly gentleman how to use the microwave if he wanted them. The remainder of the muffins and toast were extremely limited and not refilled/monitored. Throughout our 4 night stay, clerks were only at the desk in the evening. Otherwise you had to search. Sometimes there was a note where to find them but mostly not. Comforters were stained and the rooms were worn down. We opt not to stay at high end locations but simply want a location that has good service, clean and matches their description. This is not it.

The staff was polite and very helpful. There was a miscommunication that resulted in my room being occupied by someone else when I checked in and went to my room. The desk person worked quickly to figure out the problem and the solution was excellent with an upgrade to a new room

Room was good , breakfast was a poor continental , very short of supplies and still over half hour till was finished snd no one refilling , staff could be abit more aware of where shuttles pick you up for going to Hostfest , second day we knew the routine . The toliet could use a good scrubbing under the rim , mold was awful . We would definitely stay again

So pool and hotub were both closed and did not know until check in. The breakfast was horrible pancake machine and cereal were your choices. Multiple visits from the local police due to other unruly guests. At one point the police had to break a door down to apprehend someone.
