The room was nice but the refrigerator in the room had food from another guest that looked like its been in there for days if not weeks. The entire room smelled horrible when i open the fridge, only to find food rotting in the fridge and the fridge was unplugged. Horrible! Not worth the money they charge.

The hotel rooms in the Promenade tower were very nice, and it was super quiet. Can't hear the casino at all. Valet parking was nice for the hotel stay, and all the staff members were very nice!

Mystic Lake is an amazing casino/hotel. A Showroom event brought us here, and that, too is a very nice venue that is just the right size for us. The entire property is rather large, so walking is something you need to be able to do. If walking is difficult for any guests, I didn't see an alternative way to get around. The hotel rooms were clean and modern, so no complaints there. All in all, I would give our visit 4 out of 5 stars.
