Excellent customer service and support. The staff was very kind to us and provided questions to our questions. During stay, there were a lot of kids of varius ages being kids..running, playing, being happy and a little noisy but staff understood that it's a New Year's Eve and allowed all people to enjoy themselves. We've stayed here before and have always enjoyed our visits. Their breakfast is always good and the hotel is clean and appealing. The heater in our room this time was noisy so we reported it and hope it will be repaired before the room is rented again.

Clean room, staff was ok, breakfast was great, kitchen was good. The only think was check in and out. Took awhile , nobody was at the desk. Especially when leaving. Had a long line of people waiting not knowing where anyone was at to check out. My husband was waiting outside in the car , we had loaded up our car with our baggage and still could check out because no one was the front desk.
