They need to clean everything much better. The breakfast room left a lot to be desired. The 2 staff members I talked to were pleasant but they didn't always know what was going on. The presence of a "great and eager manager was very noticeable.

I was checked in (without incident), took a shower in a hurry to go meet friends. There was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower, so my hair didn't get washed. I told the desk clerk; he assured me he would replace it himself. I stayed two nights, and it was never replaced. Far worse, though, was the noise the following morning. I had been placed in a room almost directly across from conference rooms, and, beginning at nine a.m., men were chanting and yelling in there. Some kind of sports thing. HOW A HOTEL WOULD NOT ACCOUNT FOR THE DISTURBANCE THIS WOULD CAUSE TO THEIR GUESTS IS BEYOND ME! I worked in hotels/hospitality for three years; this would have resulted in some comped nights at the very least. But I couldn't even complain to a desk clerk, because (at checkout), nobody was there! All done online now, I guess, which is fine....but, I complained there and it hasn't been addressed in the slightest. Anyway, sad to say....but definitely avoid (I say "sad" because I've stayed here many times, and while this is very much a "basics" place to stay, I've never had problems before (been staying here a few times a year for over a dozen years).

Overall, the price and location were great. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a lot of water damage in the ceiling above the shower. The shower had a very slow drain; I stood in water for over half the time I was in it. The area around the microwave and coffee maker were dirty and sticky, covered in some gross residue.

The rooms were very dirty! Not dusted, vacuumed, dead bugs, bath tubs not cleaned, urine on the toilet seats and stained sheets! The clocks hadn’t even been changed from the time change! We were even changed to 3 rooms total and all of them had different cleanliness issues! I didn’t even stay and they refused to give a refund! Do not recommend!

Glad to be settled in a clean room, with good amenities (fridge & Microwave). Looking forward to a hot breakfast. Front desk staff member was extremely helpful giving us restaurant suggestions etc.

Nasty place to stay

It was horrible stayed one night for Two rooms and paid $180 For 2 rooms. The first room Which was 312 smelled like smoke when walked in went for another room. That room has stains on baseboards of beds the bottom cover of bed was stained. The other one was stained woth yellow stain like PISS. Literally the heater was punched in had dents. Dusty. I had rooms 325&320 it was a horrible stay going on vacation with kids and looked nice online but rooms are nasty I will never stay again nor will I tell ppl to say there. Worse experience ever. Ans wonder y ppl r iffy about hotels. Ur cleaners need to clean ans the housekeeper supervisor needs to check Rooms thoroughly before they leave their designated area. The breakfast was poor a family was down there thank goodness my family for food first because they touched Food and put it back that’s unsanitary for Real. How do you have a 7.5 rating out of 10 Is beyond me. I will be calling to complaints to the corporate office as well
