Enjoyed the stay!

Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. There is a river in front of the hotel, and you can see the Red Rock Canyon from the window of the room. I had some doubts about the sanitary aspect of the shower room, such as whether it was cleaned properly, but I was grateful that there was a refrigerator and ice maker. I would like to stay in this hotel again when I go to that area.

Alternative to Kayenta near Monument Valley

Ok overnight stop to visit Monument Valley. Clean but basic rooms with creaky bed and creaky floor. Tea and coffee only available in takeaway cups from restaurant area. Basis meals/beer/wine available.

The hotel was older but the rooms had been renovated. The mattress needed an upgrade. The night clerk was not helpful with issues with the TV. Internet systems that he was not familiar with how to operate. The location was very scenic, right on the San Juan river, and not far from Monument Valley.

It is a quaint old motel with absolutely beautiful scenery surrounding it. That was not a button option. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. It's older but kept clean. It's close to the National Monument.

The room wasn't bad - the bed was comfortable enough and overall pretty clean. Some things were a little dated like the windows, and I say that because the only thing that I didn't like was the group of dirt bikers/adventure bikers who were outside conversing until after midnight. I'm sure they were nice enough guys and all but the sound went right thru into the rooms as if the walls and windows didn't exist. Maybe they could have been quieter. I dunno. But I would stay here again for sure, good location out of the way and right along the river, and the restaurant wasn't bad either.

We loved this little motel. It is a little pricey for the rooms but you don’t have many options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The motel itself was fun stay it’s built into the rock. I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant attached is pretty good, they do take awhile to cook so be prepared to wait. The parking lot has signs to watch for falling rocks so we parked facing out. The swinging steak restaurant down the road is also good. Everyone was very friendly at the motel. It definitely feels very vintage which I loved!

Great stay! Amazing staff!

Great stay tucked against beautiful red rocks and the river. It’s a great, family owned operation with a restaurant. Had all the amenities we were looking for and staff is great! We left our iPad in our room and Brooke was so caring and shipped it to our house. Great stay if you’re in Mexican Hat!

C&C Western Tour 2025

This is an older motel/hotel. Somethings were updated, but there are things like door knob lock should be replaced as you had to play with the key to get it to work also all of the electrical outlets are worn and when you plug in anything the plug slide out as there is no grip to the prongs. I told the front desk and the response was not encouraging kind of a shrug.

The best thing it had going was location. The room was clean, but very musty, like we were the first of the season. They should have aired it out. Tight parking, but the staff was very pleasant.
