Nothing unique. I had a big problem with checkin. I had called the hotel on Friday the 20th to see if I could add an additional night to my stay. I asked for the night of Sunday the 22nd. what actually happened when arrived on Sunday was that whoever answered my call booked me for the 24th and worse than that she booked it through Expedia. Has anyone tried to email or call Expedia? It is not possible. I am now going to have to battle this extra charge through my credit card company.

Room and service throughout the property was great. The casino, another story! I lost $1500 in two hours on 25 different slots and video poker. Did not get ahead on a single slot. Tightest machines I’ve ever experienced in 20 years of gaming.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in an hour early. The room was large, the bed was comfy, there was a small fridge, and a spacious, modern shower. The food at the casino was great and tge service was, too. Highly recommend!

Lots of deferred maintenance in the paramount suite- cabinet doors broken microwave sitting on counter,(there was still one installed) dirty jets in tub (not getting in there!) flattened couch with zippers pointed out(afraid to look underneath)…you get the idea. Certainly not worth >$300/night.
