Room was clean but very dated. Bed was extremely soft with a body crater. The rooms need updating. The tub facet leaked. Staff was average as was the casino. Katherines restaurant was a wonderful meal with great staff.

Unfortunately, the pool was not open and the hotel never informed us. We were also not given any instructions at the spa since we arrived a day earlier. They should have mentioned that we needed to arrive at least 20 minutes in advance.

The staff is so friendly! The room I stayed in didn’t look like the bathroom floor was mopped. There is mold at the corner of the shower where the wall paper is lifting. The room was dusty on the wall hangings. There were lots of fingerprints on the door handle to enter/exit the room. Overall, my stay was pleasant. It would just be nice for cleaning staff to pay more attention to detail.
