Horrible - hotel is disgusting. Carpet coming up. Got to our room and a big fan blowing - smelt like sewage and mildew. Not suitable for any kind of family. Still waiting to get a refund.
Checked into the property and went to my room #313. Room was very dirty. There was an unidentifiable black splatter on the wall, dirty bed covers with stains, dust, and dirt on furniture, toothpaste on bathroom, sink and mirror and the bathtub was not cleaned. When I tried to let the front desk know that I was no longer going to stay because of the unclean room they told me I would get no refund. The front desk said because I had stayed longer than 15 minutes I was no longer allowed a full refund. Also, they would need to send housekeeping up to check that the room was actually dirty. I said no thank you. I asked to check out immediately. The front desk refused to give me any checkout paperwork or receipt. Front desk walked away when I asked for her to write down that I was checking out and not staying because of the condition of the room. I was charged for my full stay when I did not stay in this hotel. I have contacted Expedia for a refund. Still waiting to see if that will happen. Do not stay here. The pictures are fake. The reviews are fake. If you don't mind a dirty room for a cheap price this may be for you, but otherwise please stay elsewhere.
Smelled of pot, water burned you in shower, floor in room wet air didn’t work correctly couldn’t use pool with room key they made you get a special key and they didn’t let you use it really
It smells real bad and it’s not cleaned at all the whole hotel need to be repaired and they didn’t clean under the bed and the bathroom is terrible

Definitely not the Baymont brand I knew from 20+ years ago. It looked like the front desk lady was living in the office as an apartment. The place was fairly run down. The main light in my bathroom didn't work, and the desk lamp didn't even have bulbs in it. Probably won't be back
Hotel is really dirty, smells of mildew, there’s holes in the wall and the staff is really rude. I asked for help to clean the room and the lady at the front desk became hostile and walked off.
Was forced out for nothing. All because they didn't take my full payment at check in then never gave my refund for the days I had left and wasn't able to stay
The property was not clean, the staff refused to call anyone to clean the room and there was no manager on duty. I was very frustrated with my very short stay there.
It was an okay place to stay but was difficult to find. Their breakfast was a bit disappointing. The room was satisfactory, but we stayed 2 nights, and they never cleaned our room.
Check in to 2 different rooms, both were dirty. Pool was closed for maintenance, but lady at the desk said the sign is so people won’t bother the front desk. We left and went elsewhere.
I was still charged and I am now contacting management to get my money back!
The hotel was outdated and dirty. When we first got in our room the bathroom was disgusting dirty. And there are scratches all over the furniture. Ended up leaving and going to another clean hotel.
My daughter and I had a horrible stay at this hotel. Found this place at the last minute and the staff was very rude to us. Even though we stayed because it was last minute and later on in the evening, we were tired.
Once we got into the room, we found some drug paraphernalia taped up to the desk and had to call the authorities. The police went downstairs to the front desk and said that the customer didn't want to stay in the room because of that and it was dirty.
The manager told them that they couldn't issue a refund because we had booked it through a third party (Expedia). Expedia then said that they contacted Baymont and Expedia said that they would not refund the customer. I still havn't received my room deposit either and it's been like 10 days since staying there.
Never ever will i stay there again... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
