Won’t stay again

Room was okay. Refrigerator didn’t work it was plugged in but had to move cord different outlet as power wasn’t working. Window shades was ripped, first morning no hot water. Bed had no blanket on them got funny look when asked if we could get blankets for the bed. Bath tub needed a heavy cleaning. Place needs totally remodeled. Floor lamp was standing up by help of the chair in the room.

No breakfast served

Just needed a place to sleep for one night on a roadtrip. We got in late with 3 tired kids. The bed had lots of hairs in the sheets. Gross. But so tired we picked them out and went to bed. Not really an option to leave with the kids. The worst part was they did not serve breakfast at all. The night staff took the key but she came back at 8:45 while we were standing down there and said "it wasn't worth setting anything out." Our kids were hungry and we asked if they could just have a yogurt or something easy. "No." Our 4 year old started crying and they still wouldn't. Breakfast is supposed to end at 9:30 so this was very disappointing customer service.

Everything was ok the first night my only issues was that the heat didn’t work in the room and the elevator had a really bad stench! The second night I was taking my kids to the pool and the woman and the front desk threatened to call the police on be and claimed I had well over the amount of people I was suppose to have even though it was only my and my 2 children. When I went to the front desk and asked if there was a problem Ms. lady proceeded to raise her voice at me and then when I asked in a very calm voice why was she yelling and she then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t want to talk to me and walked off. There was barely anybody at the front desk at all so talk to if there was a serious issue. I won’t be returning worst experience ever.

Would NOT recommend this hotel!!! Room had a funky smell. Bathroom door had holes in it, patches of wallpaper ripped off, toilet & mirror not clean. Picture above bed 1/2 broken with glass ready to fall out.

The heater in my room did not work and rather than moving me to a room with heat I was given a small space heater that only warmed half the bed. I had to move it each morning to in front of the bathroom door in order to warm the floor before showering. There was often trash in the hallway and the receptacle outside the back door was full and overflowing for two days.

Do not stay here.

Building was dirty, Hallway carpet was stained and lumpy all down the hall. My bedroom had a broken bed, stained wall and stained furniture. Luckily the weather was mild so I did not need the heat but it did not work and there was a portable heater plugged in the room. Sheets were dirty and there was no way I was taking a shower in the bathroom.
