Tru's are always so vibrant, clean, and fresh! This location didn't disappoint either! When I'm traveling I try to search a new location out. The rooms are always perfect. The beds are just the perfect firmness too! The front desk help was so chipper and friendly too! I have nothing to complain about!

When entering room, noted there was no trash basket in bath. Called desk and was told Housekeeping would provide one. This did not happen. Did not notice until getting up st 3:45 this morning to leave that we only had one bath towel. No one answered our call at front desk, so my husband went downstairs and found someone sleeping who found a towel for us. We should not be charged for a trash basket or towel.

They only provide 1 washcloth, which is absolutely dingy. We ended up with 2 and both were disgustingly brown. The sheets were uncomfortable becauze it had those fuzz balls all over it. Impossible to sleep. The covers were dingy as well and had stains. It was not giving Hilton.

I love that the hotel has 3 complimentary EV charging stations! HOWEVER! There was a big black truck parked in one of the charging spots...NOT AN EV! We called the hotel, they do not allow a guest to reserve a spot. Fortunately, there was an open charger next to the big black truck so we were able to charge. I wish the hotel would figure out how to take a reservation for a charging station...or at least police the spots so the Non-EV vehicles cannot park there! (my two cents) Everything else about our stay was excellent. Love the big walk in shower! Bed was comfy and clean....Refrigerator came in handy too! Thanks!

Room definitely could be cleaner. Found a pill, dirt and a receipt in the floor. TV would not come on and no one offered to check it when reported. Shortage in a lamp with sparks coming out when it was plugged up.

Normally i enjoy Tru properties and have actually like this one in Meridian but its been 1 or 2 years and it has gone down some. Room was not cleaned well, dust, dirt and even a dirty shower and toilet i had to flush. The staff moved me to a different room which I appreciated. The next room was better but not great, the fixers were worn and shower leaked water in the floor, something was on the floor behind the door that was broken. My stay was ok for 1 night plus it was late but definitely not up to par as to what i expect from a Tru property.

Very disappointing experience

This was a terrible experience!! I paid for a large room-- the website said 500sq ft and it was not, and were placed in a regular sized room. The sheets, blankets, and cover were in terrible shape. There was no coffee pot in the room and it said online there would be.

It was very nice. I would have given it 5 stars but breakfast could have been better. It said till 9am and we were there at 8 and there wasn't any bacon left and they did not put anymore in.
