The check in process was easy with friendly service. The property itself was apparently well taken care of and attractive from the inside and out. The breakfast offered was very good as well. I liked the touch of the visual items under the beverages including the cows under the milk. Thanks for a very pleasant atmosphere. I will recommend your property to anyone travelling in the area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although the items in the room seemed rather old and worn out (dresser, pillows, shower curtain, etc.). Breakfast was pretty standard for the price. The area seemed rather shady, but we didn't run into any issues with theft / crime. Overall I wouldn't want to stay for too long, but it was fine for the one night we stayed.

The worst property i have ever been to. Bugs on the floors and beds. The best was made but had sand in the sheets indet the blanket. Would not refund me for my room. Left and did not stay

Horrible

Room were nasty, tub was rusty, bugs were in the hotel, bed had a iron something hanging out which hit my leg several times. Attendant overcharged me for my one night stay. Chair and sofa was stained badly and nasty, hair was on my face and drying towel also.

Nice but not so quiet

This has always been my go to when staying in Memphis due to the separate bedrooms. However, this trip will probably be my last due to an employee’s children living in the room above us, stomping all hours of the night. One night we were there we were woken at 1 and 4 AM with them jumping around.
