The service was not one of courtesy. The room had a broken bathroom door. The cleanliness was not the best. The room needs improvement; it looks like it's from the year 2000.

Professional, accommodating staff. Comfortable beds and clean. Unfortunately I left exhausted due to “eco friendly” centralized AC unit. Was disturbed by temperature/ fan noise changing while asleep. So many newer hotels implement these policies to save money. They’ll override control of your thermostat remotely from software/ motion sensors in room. Everyone’s figured it out. Sick of the penny pinching nonsense that disturbs sleep!

This is my absolute favorite hotel to date. I was here last year and nothing has compared to it since. I love this hotel, so much everything about it. I wish they had a microwave but other than that perfection!

My wife and I were impressed by valet and bellman service upon arrival. In the room, we enjoyed the added touches such as the provided slippers and the Nespresso machine, plus the filtered water dispenser in the ice rooms. The only downside was the door to the water closet in the bathroom would not close and the bathroom door itself was difficult to close and secure.

We loved everything about the hotel and our experience. The only issue we had which is a fairly big deal, our bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the hinge was off and we weren’t able to even close it partially with it being so heavy…so that made it a inconvenient in a lot of ways! But everything else was excellent.
