The receptionist was excellent and thoughtful of our concerns and kind. The employees were polite, greeting us, all requests were met. On the other hand, the place is old, falling apart, bugs by the microwave, leaking fridge, dirty coffee pot, and stinky faucet water. Swimming pool walls are slimy.
