The hotel staff was very nice. However, the room was filthy. I turned on the shower and it had brown dirt shooting from it. The staff relocated me to another room. The shower did the same. I asked them to clean that room also. It had not been cleaned. I think the rating for this is incorrect. It should be rated a 5 instead of 9. The rating is for the staff and not the hotel.

Booked hotel stay at Pharr Tx motel 6 and was given a room on the top floor while the elevator was completely out of order! I had knee surgery a year ago! Just horrible

The rooms were spotless like always at this property. Sam at the front counter, took care of us very well. There is a lot of eateries around there so you don’t have to do much driving.
