The photos seem newer, but the hotel is pretty old. The staff was very friendly and nice. Plastic forks and paper plates for breakfast are very very bed for such a hotel and environment. This must be completely banned.

This hotel was easy to find. Nice that it had restaurant options. Room was nice. The bathroom needs redone and mold removed from tub area. For the price point I expected better.

Quiet, friendly, clean, great breakfast hotel.

It was great for our stay. Very quiet. We appreciate that you did have us stay on the 2nd floor, really nice to stay in room facing the lake. Our last experience was on the first floor by the door to ice machine & soda machines, with people coming & going & never having the curtesy to hold the door when they entered the hall. This was a great room. The breakfast was terrific in the main lobby, thank you. The lady working there was very nice & professional.

Would definitely sty here again. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were great and very comfy. I was traveling with my dog, and I love the fact they have rooms that a very pet friendly.

Why was I given an adjoining room to a family?

I was given a room that had an adjoining door to the room next door. I could hear everything- sneezing, conversations, tv, snoring - as if I was in there. I’m sure they could hear me too. Strange and embarrassing. I was whispering all night.

The food was very good. The service/staff were excellent. Overall condition of the room was fair. The TV didn't work but after 2 technicians and approx. 40 min. I had TV service. However, the response to my call to the main desk was immediate and the outcome was satisfactory. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and the outside of the window as so dirty, I could hardly see out of it. Bedding was neat and clean. Rm. was tidy & clean.

Great hotel!

Property was great! My room didn’t have towels but they brought some right up after I sent them a message. The bed and pillows were very comfy and there was a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker along with an iron and ironing board. Great stay and it even prompted me to sign up for BW rewards.
