The room was fine, it was the switching of rooms that had upset my parents as well as in the 2nd room it had said non smoking but it smelt like nothing but cigars once you walked in. The staff did their best and thats all that matters

First, when we arrived, there was no room available at the hotel that we chose. Then they relocate us to another building, they said the price is going to be the same but when I check out, there was $148 charge on my credit card. I told them that was wrong. They said that they going to fix it and they asked me from 7 to 14 days. There was a 20th anniversary, and I did not want to go to all this .

We came to see Tom Segura and we were so pleasantly surprised by the accommodations! The front desk staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. A beautiful property with an abundance of activities. Shopping, restaurants, and game floor were topnotch. Look forward to visiting again.

Staff support made this trip awful. Sandy in Fox Casino did not show up for assistance when my machine locked up. I was told this is an ongoing staffing issue. The night shift leaves early and the day shift has not arrived. I was stuck in casino waiting to cash out. No one was available. Then when Sandy finally showed up she offered no sympathy for situation. Terrible customer service. I was delayed and left my wife wondering what happened to me. This situation ruined a good trip.
