Bad housekeeping

Room has a smell of pot smoke and I was told that room was non-smoking. Also the coffee pot was left with old coffee filter packaging in it.

Stay was fine, as was the room. One negative … at check out, lady at the desk would not give me a receipt. She told me I had to request a receipt from Wyndham! I asked again and again she refused! I have traveled extensively, both in US and abroad, and have never been denied a printed receipt when checking out. This needs to be addressed.

Our door had gaps. The door jam and the door weee not flush. This allowed mosquitos and other flying insects in. However you can beat the proximity to the casino.

First off I got there at 2:29 and could not check in until 3:00 which is fine so we left and came back at 5pm and then was told there was no rooms, even though I paid days in advance and so we had no where to stay and had to go back home. I was so disappointed. I will never book here again.

This hotel is under new management and it isnt for the better. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and had just 6 months ago. The room was absolutely filthy. I called for clean towels and didnt get them for almost 2 hours. Our key cards didnt work twice and had to go back and get them reprogrammed. I will not stay at this hotel again

Excellent place to get a good nights sleep. Bed was thick and comfortable. Heat was good. Water was good. Room was exceptionally clean. Nice pillows to lay with. Could have used a few more towels but that's about it. Totally enjoyed our stay here.

One and done

So the good part was the bed, at least, was clean and comfortable. The bad part was the room had an odor to it that reminded me of cat urine. The shower had a few long dark hairs (mine are short and gray) but the worst part was the (white) shower curtain which was a yellowish brown on the bottom foot or so with some pieces of black something stuck on it. The breakfast offering of sausage patty and biscuit ended up being thrown in the garbage; I'm not fussy but this wasn't good. There was cereal, juice and fruit though so I was able to fuel up for the day. The manager was having a bit of computer problem when I checked out and didn't ask how things were so I didn't get a chance to tell him his room needed a little love.

It was inexpensive but the rooms were not current and the sheets were threadbare and the elastic was worn out. Seemed like they were 10 years old
