The room was good overall. Very spacious and well appointed, although maintenance issues need addressing. There were issues with both toilets, albeit minor and we had a strange visitor who dropped off 24 waters to our unit the morning we were checking out. We didn't receive any water on check in and I don't know why he felt the need to bring these to the room 3 hours before checkout time, he wasnt able to answer us when we asked him! Amenities needing upgrades too. The beach volleyball is deflated, I asked for another but it didn't materialise. The beach was unusable, the biggest selling aspect of the resort for us (and prime pics on the website) so until the beach is usable I felt a bit cheated!

I am so grateful we choose tranquility bay for our stay. First time to Florida keys and Marathon. Beautiful kept resort. We stayed in the 200S room. The workers were so amazing and nice. They smiled and so polite. Made the stay very nice and felt welcomed. The resort was so well kept. All pools were Beautiful. We had a heated pool right out if our room. With gorgeous landscaping. The private beach was so cool. For us it was a amazing stay, and hope to be back. Thank you so much.

Hello 😊 I wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay I recently had at Tranquility Bay. Everything was excellent — the place, the atmosphere, and the service truly exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to share a small suggestion: in the back area, between the house and the pool, there’s a grassy section where it might be nice and more comfortable to have a little pathway. It would make walking to the pool easier, especially for guests who are barefoot or with children. Thank you again for such an unforgettable experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

It was so quiet, serene and peaceful. The pools were warm. The swimming beach was groomed every morning & beautifully maintained. The service and food at the tiki bar were excellent. Otis at the front desk was awesome from the moment we arrived. Zero complaints and will definitely return!
