I expected a mid to low-end hotel experience, and was still left extremely disappointed. The lobby looks beautiful as you walk in, but that’s all the good I can say about this hotel. My Room was right next to the pool so it constantly felt humid and we could hear the noise of kids playing late at night. There were mysterious stains on BOTH the queen sized beds in my room. The toilet didn’t have enough flushing power so it took multiple flushes to get number 2’s down. The shower didn’t drain properly so by the end of our stay, the shower was basically fully clogged. And to put the icing on the cake, I had to kill a COCKAROACH that was in the room. All that happened within our 2 nights of staying at this hotel. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the a/c worked great and kept the room cold making for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was clean. The hotel needs a facelift and reinvestment in their furniture, fixtures and finishes.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Our room was clean as well has the sheets and towels. The restaurant was yummy and we had an amazing bartender. I would definitely stay again.

I felt like i was thrown back to the late 80s while getting on the elevator and then walking down the dim musty hallways that smelled like mild cigarette smoke and bad decisions. The room was clean ,though i had a dark balcony and an old chair at the end. Absolute trash dump, should be shut down

The place was awful. I would never stay there again. There was mold in the room. There was a dehumidifier in the room. We had to leave the room about a half hour after going to bed and drive home because we found bedbugs.

Tried to contact property about charges to card multiple times without resolution. Booked through Expedia- 2 rooms. Only one was available to us when we checked in. Ended up being charged for 3 rooms with multiple $25 (7 total) charges to my credit card without explanation as well as 3 total room charges. Tried to reach customer service email and got a returned email message. No one on the telephone has been helpful. Please have them contact me asap.

I just couldn’t do it!

Please don’t stay here unless you’re desperate! The sheets were dirty and the window seals were broken so you couldn’t see outside. There was mold or something else black around the top of the corners of the ceiling. I didn’t dare take my shoes off! After five minutes in the room I knew I couldn’t stay there and went back to the desk and got a refund and went to a nice clean hotel.
