Mixed Experience – Conference Center Vibe but Rooms Need Serious Attention When you first drive up, the property looks impressive, almost like a nice conference center. The lobby is clean, and the staff is friendly with an easy check-in process. Unfortunately, things changed once I headed to my room. The elevator felt outdated, and the hallway on the third floor had a strong smell of dog urine. At first glance, the furnishings looked modern, but the carpet was extremely stained and just gross. The chair in my room was also covered in stains. The Wi-Fi in my first room didn’t work, which caused me to miss an important call. I asked to switch rooms for my meetings, but the second room also had a badly stained carpet. It’s clear the hotel needs to replace the rugs in the rooms and hallways or at least hire professional cleaners. Breakfast is $16 for a continental spread. While it was better than some I’ve had, it was still just okay. This hotel seems more suited for hosting conferences than for comfortable overnight stays. At one point, I asked for a manager but was told there was none on site. That, combined with the Wi-Fi and cleanliness issues, made the stay disappointing.

We had a great two bed room and was able to accommodate our dog. The furnishings and space were very nice and it also had an interior balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Mold mildew

The hallway smelled horrible like dirty feet. Our room smelled like fresh paint and then later when we returned that night, mold/mildew. The bed was comfortable and that’s about all I can say that was positive. Everything seemed to be caulked or painted over and not actually fixed. The bath tub was so slippery I fell and even after warning my friends of this, they too fell. The room felt like a health hazard and had we not gotten in after midnight we definitely would have asked for a new room. When we went to check out there was a fire alarm so not able to have a conversation w management.
