The front staff were excellent unfortunately everything else was awful. The sheets were dirty, the blankets stained, the AC filter was black, hallways smelled of urine and marijuana. I couldn’t bring myself to stay there. The front desk were quick to provide a refund without issue, which I appreciated.

It was convenient to stay if going to Gillette for an Event and choosing options like UBER/LYFT/SHUTTLE/ETC... It is a standard hotel with basic necessities and amenities but because of convenience they are unnecessarily pricey.

Mediocre to shabby room condition, especially the bathrooom which was dated, in poor condition with black mildew stains on the tile surrounding the tub. Depite requesting the room to be made up twice on the morning of the first day, the room was never made up. Upon returning to the room in the evening and complaining about the problem the room was made up at a great inconvenience to us as we waited for its completion.

Condition of the area we stayed in was in poor condition. Walls were damaged, repairs needed on the outside that require significant structural items. Locks missing off outside access doors, key cards randomly stopped working-for other guests as well. Walls need painted; tub/shower had no drain cover and dripped heavily; had to hold the toilet flusher down to get it to flush and sometimes twice as the flow was so slow not everything would go down. Seemed that some guests were permanent as the balconies had dogs/clothes and cooking devices on them. Was greated by persons smoking pot at the side entry door more than once. Only good things about the stay was the sincerity of and niceness of the front desk and the prettiness of the central area of the conference center. Guest rating on Hotels.com is definitely TOO HIGH.

Very big facility they host large events like weddings and the event carried over in the early morning hours of yelling doors slamming etc making it impossible to get sleep before3 am . It could use some old but was clean.

The room was clean but dated. The toilet did not flush properly and the faucet in the bathtub leaked. The bathtub was stained. The smell of chlorine from the indoor pool was intense even in our room. The air conditioner made a horrible noise, so we turned it off. Overall, the staff were friendly and it was a convenient location because it is close to the venue we were going to.

Our room AC was broken and smelly moldy, after complaining about this they said they were fully booked but then when we requested a refund and cancelation they went to 'check a room' that was suddenly available. As soon as we stepped on the floor the entire floor smelled like an ashtray and the carpets were dirty. We signed a waiver at check in. Agreeing to no smoking policy then they tried to move us to a room that was filled with stale smoke And air freshener. We ultimately went and cancelled our room and got a refund. We then found an alert this hotel has been used for quite some time to house refugees which is fine however not otherwose disclosed and the property in general was overall dirty. Will not be back
