Stay was not good. Upstairs people very loud kid also 2 years old would not fall asleep due to the noise. Bathtub was stuck on shower setting so not able to give my kid a bath after swimming. Lucky room had the jacuzzi tub so we could give my kid a bath. Floor was dirty carpet like carpet was very old. Floor in closet had a crack in floor/wall. Dust build up around the baseboards. Mini fridge was not very cold and knob was missing to adjust temp. Tub drain was down and holding water and water smelled like cleaning chemicals. For the price my experience was bad. This felt like a 79.00 room not a 133.00 room.

Overall a good stay

The room was clean but the bathroom smelled of bleach/cleaner. Not a bad thing - I knew it had been cleaned! - but not a pleasant smell. Our king bed and four regular pillows. They looked super small. Overall the room was good - clean and ready for us. Just a few small things of note.

Probably would stay again

People very nice. Problem was room given to me on 3rd floor, I dragged all my stuff up only to find room not cleaned. Had to take everything back down and thankfully they had another room available. I was also given a coupon for a free pizza. Room very nice. Only other problem I had was it was a 2 night stay and when I came back second night from an event carrying food I was looking forward to eating while hot my card wouldn’t open side door near my room. Had to walk around to front and get new keys made. By the time that was all done food not so hot. Overall hotel and staff nice but those little things can be annoying.

Kids loved the pool it must be heated cause it was warm and kids jumped right in . Friendly staff . I like that the pool/hot tub is adults only from 10 pm-midnight . Kids can swim till 10pm . Room was clean . We had a fun time .

major plumbing issues from the time I checked in, clearly maids left from previous guest. We has to use the restroom downstairs near the lobby because plumbing didn't work and was never fixed. The heater was so loud. It woke us up all night. It clearly needs attention and serviced. Those were just a couple of the biggest tissue issues. Highly recommend you keep looking.

The heater was loud when it kicked in. The curtains were broken. The breakfast was very sparse - two pieces of fruit were out, waffle machine was out of order, and biscuits and gravy were out the entire time we were in the dining area, at 07:30.

Nice stay.

The staff manager was amazing. Guests wre rude and stomping in the hallway at 4am.
