Gave me a room where construction (hammer drilling) next room After 30 hrs traveling unpacking drilling started Inquired why did they assign that room? Answer: Did not know the contractor was going to work Poor communication from management to what is happening at their hotel Had to pack up and move to a different room

Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Close and short walk to Robinsons Mall. Floors were so clean they were slippery and a slip hazard though. No tea towel to dry dishes, and cloth provided to wipe down benches was actually a flannel/face washer!! 24hour front desk availability was a great service, and staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
