Location is great, near NAIA and MOA. Rooms needs updating and repairs. Staff is great. If you request anything though it needs follow-up.
It is a walking distance to MOA and other dining and shopping areas.Beside it is Jollibee and 7/11 store.If you walk opposite of MOA is other dining and shopping areas.
I booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. Our room was not too clean especially the shower and toilet area. I asked for a face towel and was told they don’t have it. We were just there to sleep and shower so it made no difference for us but I will not recommend it for long stays.
The other couple’s room had broken floor tiles and were TAPED to keep them together! The bathroom was also not too clean. The air conditioners for both room worked well.

The staff are hospitable, has good customer service. The hotel location is ok just around 10 minutes walk to MOA. What I did not like are the following:
The towel they give you in the hotel are old and soiled already. It needs to be replaced. Whoever the owner of this hotel should look into this issue. Very shameful. I stayed in this hotel for more than a week and these towels are disgusting!
The bathroom needs to be renovated. Dirty and indicative of molds everywhere. I don’t blame the cleaning staff they do their job but please owner/management of this hotel look into this matter, no matter how effective your cleaners are it is to the point that these cleaners cannot do anymore to change the rundown condition of the toilet.
From the front desk, housekeeping, porters, maintenance, restaurants and all the way to the security people are all very professionals, very polite and very accommodating. Thank you for an excellent service!
