We always stay at this hotel whenever we’re in Metro Manila. The location is very convenient and close to the main areas we frequent. Booking Grab is easy, and drivers can pick you up right at the lobby. The area feels safe, especially with regular police patrols at night. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with luggage and questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Although one front desk staff seemed a bit less approachable, the rest provided excellent service. I also like that there’s a café in the lobby. Service there is great, and while the food can be a hit or miss, most of what I’ve tried was good. Rooms are well maintained and clean, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team. However, the building itself is starting to show some wear—walls need repainting and some floor tiles could use repairs. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s comfortable, safe, and great for families or solo travelers. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

호텔 101은 1년에 두번 정도 마닐라 방문시 투숙하게 되는 곳입니다. 가격 대비 주변 편의시설(패스트 푸드, 편의점, 마사지)이 도보로 1~2분내에 있어서 훌륭합니다. 호텔에 근무하시는 경비원, 도어맨, 청소 하시는 분들은 늘 친절한 인상을 받습니다. 그에 대비해서 프론트에 있는 직원분에게 호텔 숙소의 안전 금고가 열리지 않아서 수리 요청을 했었는데, 1시간 가까이 지나도 해결 되지 않아서 다시 요청을 하였습니다. 호텔 숙소의 저녁 시간대 wife 속도는 내가 호텔 101을 최초 방문한 5년전과 동일하게 사용하기 불편하네요.

Price commensurate with what you're getting. Closeness to businesses is a plus. PS.. I left my small medication bag in the room. I was hoping housekeeping turned it over to customer service and contacted me by text or email so I can have someone picked it up or sent it to me (at my cost), but didn't hear from them. Otherwise it was a good overnight stay

Clean and comfortable place with friendly staff. They kindly offered us a complimentary late checkout, which was very convenient as we were heading to the airport and didn’t have to leave our bags at the concierge. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The location is great—just a short walk to the Mall of Asia.

I'm always very comfortable when i stay at Hotel 101, Pasay...! It's my second home when visiting my family in Philippines. Very handy location, walking distance to almost every one of my favourite interests. Very near to MOA, within under 10 minutes walk. The staff are super friendly and very considerate. Fast & efficient check-in and check-out.

The hotel is good for it's price. With basic amenities and some available upon request. Location is near Mall of Asia. Improving its facilities can attract more customers. The hotel is kinda outdated. But overall it's ok.
