Clean spacious room but not a 5-star room as coffee/creamer was sub standard quality. Internet was slow for the smart tv. The rooftop bar was good and nice drinks. Amenities around the area was good with 24 hours places nearby to eat and drink Would return again if nothing else is around to book with similar price

Everything was great except for the toilet issue. We had to call front desk 5X to come fix the toilet issue (it wasn’t flushing). The day we check in till the next day we had issues with the toilet. We had to go downstairs in the lobby to use the toilet. Finally the next day, they moved us to another room. It’s a little annoying that I have to keep asking for certain things replaced every time they clean the room. Such as towels, soaps, coffee, tissue etc. For being a 5 star hotel. I’m a little disappointed.

The king studio room was well equipped with high ceilings, abundant space, and spectacular views. I enjoyed the breakfast bar with plenty of asian, western and healthy options. Explored the rooftop bar for even more nighttime views. Pool was on a noisy level but I liked the clear bottom feature, it was a standout. The front desk was very attentive and I even enjoyed a complimentary 2pm check-out. Would recommend if you're consider I'm Hotel!

The room was big, comfy bed and linens too. View of the skyscrapers in the business district was beautiful at night from our studio room. We loved the rooftop bar with fun drinks and bar food as well. Overall would come back again!

They did not offer a good selection , limited items like. Also, there it was a large piece of plastic in the veggie salad. (8 or 9 inches long by 2 inch wide. It was all curled up, my wife tought it was a condom but I checked it) Reported to waitress and that was the end)

Rooms was clean and nice, had 2 rooms next to each other, had a smell to the rooms, pillows had a strong odor( they need to be washed not just pillow case changes because the odor comes through still). Drains need to be cleaned out. They offer a free 30 min massage coupon and a free dessert when you check in.To redeem the free desert you have to leave a 5 star review. Staff and housekeeping was very friendly and attentive.
