Our checkin took forever due to the poor quality of rooms being allicated. The hotel staff were very helpful in trying to resolve this. However, the quality of the rooms were disappointing, from filthy and stained carpets, to toilet not working, bath not draining and worn-out fixtures. The photos certainly didnt match! On the other hand, the breakfast and service the next day was outstanding, well done to the amazing staff! This truely turned our experience. The staff at the front desk also helped us organise a quick local visit during our layover. Many thanks for the friendly smiles and generosity of the hotel staff. The hotel itself has to work on improving the quality of its rooms.

I was thoroughly surprised how amazing this hotel was. It's walkable to the mall of Asia, right beside the market and close to the tram as well. Service was great too, they were doing some construction on the building I was there but I didn't feel like impeded my time. Would stay again, BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING 😍

Appreciated the shuttle to MOA, the driver did an extra pickup for us when there were too many people for the 1 pickup. Also, appreciated that the hotel was able to hold our excess luggage while we visited other islands in between our stays at the hotel; that was super convenient. The hotel is due for an update, but other than that, it was a great stay!

We chose this hotel for proximity to the airport. In that way it worked well. It was also an easy walk to many restaurants at the Mall of Asia. The common areas of the property are well kept, however our room was worn. Barely functional fridge and water issues in the bathroom The water pressure was so bad I could barely rinse the shampoo out of my hair

The hotel room was a decent size and had the basics, however it is really dated with old bathroom fixtures. We appreciated the key card access for each floor, although that took some getting used to. We appreciated the shuttle to MOA and the security aspects for guests and visitors to the hotel

My stays here are always pleasant and comfortable. The staff are courteous and helpful. The only problem during this one-night stay was the noisy room air conditioner. (Already reported to the front desk.)
