The City Garden Grand Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The service provided was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The quality and range of options for breakfast items must be commended. We really liked the amenities: hot tub, swimming pool, comfortable cotton bathrobes, goose-feather pillows, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs (channels unfortunately intermittent sometimes), mini fridge and microwave and even high-end soap and other bath items dispensers.

Pros: Spacious room, accommodating staff, Very good buffet options Strong bidet Able to bring in outside food is always a plus. Cons: Weird smell at the lobby especially during rainy season. Traffic roads right outside the hotel. Definitely would stay again in the future especially because of its affordability.

Great hotel with great staff and location, lifts a little slow and frustrating, the bed we had was huge, basically the size of two king beds and enough for 5 people, which is a little overwhelming.

Overall, it's a wonderful hotel, but the fact that there are only 3 elevators was a major drawback. We spent a lot of time waiting for them given the number of floors.
