We’ve stayed here multiple times (likewith our kids and love this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and super clean. This time around we booked a suite, and it was a fair price for the beautiful suite. The ceilings are so tall and the apartment was just very well kept. Service is great and consistent. Breakfast is not perfect but good value for the price. Location, though right across from the red district in Makati, has never been an issue for our family, and we’ve never encountered anything unpleasant at the hotel. During the day, the location is so convenient to get anywhere as a pedestrian. They also have free valet parking. Will be back for sure.

The bed of the room was making noises and the lights were shattering and the cleanliness is not up to my preference plus they don’t give perks for people who already stays in the hotel if they were to go to dine in the rooftop bar. Made us wait and not feel prioritized. Not booking here again.

We always choose to stay at this hotel whenever we’re in Makati. The rooms are consistently clean, and the staff across all departments are friendly and professional. We’ve noticed a big improvement compared to our previous stays—especially in the quality of service from the front-of-house team at the rooftop bar and restaurant. It’s great to see such positive progress, and it definitely enhances the overall experience.

Our room was clean and well maintained. City Garden Grand is considerably less costly than many other five-star hotels in Manila yet is able to maintain good standards and provides the necessary amenities. Staff were helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was amply stocked, with enough staff to assist if needed. My wife and I took advantage of the spa massage, which was nice. The rooftop restaurant is a pleasant place for a meal or drink also. Overall, a pleasant stay. I will consider returning.
