overall experience was good, booking was delay by an hour. maybe because of the time of the year, christmas time. very noise in lower floors. I stayed at executive room, after been on 10th floor, I move to 25th floor. There are only 3 elevators for the 32 floors. Breakfast was good wirh a variety of choices.

I don’t understand how this property is rated 5 star. It’s an old and poorly maintained property. I was put in a non-smoking room that smelled like someone was actively smoking there. Instead of letting me change rooms, they brought in air freshener that did nothing. I was only there for 7 hours and all my clothes smelled pike cigarette by the time i left
