Clean, spacious room, well laid out with a great view. Staff were all so friendly & professional. The rooftop restaurant has delicious food at good prices. So relaxing! Would definitely stay again! Our room was clean and well maintained. City Garden Grand is considerably less costly than many other five-star hotels in Manila yet is able to maintain good standards and provides the necessary amenities. Staff were helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was amply stocked, with enough staff to assist if needed. My wife and I took advantage of the spa massage, which was nice. The rooftop restaurant is a pleasant place for a meal or drink also. Overall, a pleasant stay. I will consider returning.

The staff was friendly and helpful, however the initial checking in was a but of a problem, i booked a non smoking room and we were given a converted non smoking room but unfortunately the smell was intolerable-thankfully we were goven another room, the elevator is a little slow, and the lobby bathroom is constantly locked, the rooftop bar/restaurant is beautiful but foods is mediocre 5/10. Location is spot on however.
