Our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Makati was absolutely magnificent. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of, and the location could not have been better — directly above Glorietta, everything we needed was literally at our feet: shops, restaurants, and entertainment, making it perfect for a family with children. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable, with high floors offering a lovely city view. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that our check-in and stay went smoothly — a stark contrast to the stress we had experienced during the booking process elsewhere. Despite the difficulties with our original booking, Holiday Inn & Suites truly delivered an exceptional experience, and we felt completely supported and welcomed. We especially appreciated the efficiency of the front desk team, who made our transition seamless, and the peace of mind knowing we were in a reliable, well-managed hotel. We would highly recommend Holiday Inn & Suites Makati to anyone visiting Manila, whether for business or family travel — the location, service, and comfort make it an outstanding choice.
