Overall, a fairly decent hotel, but the breakfast buffet choices were limited this time. Even though we had free buffet breakfast, we ordered room service on our second morning as it was too busy in dinning room and limited choices.

I had issues with flights during Typhoon Tino where I had gone through multiple diversions and cancellations and had barely any sleep for 24 hours and the staff showed ZERO compassion with me wanting to check in early and asked that I pay a fee that was almost as much as the cost for my two night stay. Walls are also paper thin so you can hear everything that goes on next door.

Very polite & friendly staff. There was work being done on my floor, so i was given a free upgrade to a Junior Suite. Nice pool, though usually full of kids. Seems to be a popular hotel, so a little bit of a wait if you get there right at check-in time; or if you queue for breakfast after 7am (not too long a wait though). Located in a 'hotel area', so there's not much else around (except a giant casino-mall); not much to see by foot...you'll need a ride if you want to see anything else.

Friendly check in staff. However breakfast place is small and need to wait before a table frees up and can be seated. No chocolate spread or Nutella available. The steam room was out of order. And also the water refill station in our floor was out of order. Nice looking pool and bar. The elevators sometimes get confused. Wie. Trying to go to ground floor it reset and goes up again when nearly at ground floor during morning hours when it’s busy.
