Was ok. Concierge didn't respond to emails about airport shuttle, I had to pay but they were helpful on arrival. Staff and friendly and helpful. This is a MASSIVE hotel and breakfast is complete bedlam between 8 and 9.30, massive queues. Rooms are clean and air con is good. Nothing special. They should put the water in the fridge. Good location.

Check in was fast with friendly and respectful front desk staff. I was in a junior suite which was very nice, spacious and clean. Bathroom is big, towels and robes are really clean. Love the breakfast buffet, so many options and the food are really good. Will definitely stay there again on my next vacation.

Good location within easy walking distance to Ayala Malls Manila Bay. Breakfast had a great variety, but it gets busy, so arrive before 7:30 am if possible. The room was a little small with limited hanging space (clothes rail only). We also noticed a real estate agent handing out leaflets nearby, which felt unusual. Overall, a convenient hotel for short stays.
