Clean room

They did not clean my room for 3 out of 4 nights. I had to ask them multiples times to clean my room and every night I came, it wasn’t cleaned and the cleaning staff had left. I had to ask multiple times for the towels. It wasn’t a good experience at this hotel

We like the hotel location and have stayed here twice. The pool area and main floor were nice because we didn’t have rooms across from us. So, we found it quieter. Rooms are small for 4 people as they are narrow, but does the job. We’ll be back

Wish there was an indoor pool due to it being chilli out. Although it’s “heated” it was still pretty cold.

an absolutely gorgeous hotel. perfect for any stay! the staff is so kind and incredible, the food is amazing, the pool is so relaxing and nice, the rooms are gorgeous and comfy

I arrived very late and the hotel shuttle came pretty promptly. It does maybe need a little cleaning, the seats were a little gross. Check in was fast and easy. The cafe had the largest muffins I have ever seen (delicious, too). Bed was comfortable. Room was spotless and seemed recently updated.
